Currently we accept Cash and Credit/debit card payments which can be paid through the invoice we send you.

How do you all determine your starting rate?

PMMS we complete a free consultation via questionnaire form or in person (depending on how large the job is). Once we review the needs of the home/business we determine the rate. Call us for more details!

What areas do you service? Do you travel?

We service the areas of Richmond, Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg, Midlothian, Powhatan, Colonial Heights, Henrico, Williamsburg, Hampton & more.

We charge a flat rate of $30 -$50 for travel fee depending on how far you need us to go.

What type of products do you use?

We use our handmade NON TOXIC products when cleaning a residential dwelling (unless the client has a request).
We use hospital grade disinfectants when we clean STR or Commercial spaces to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Once you book your first session we will add your future bookings for you.

Yes we clean short term rentals.

What is your Exclusive loyalty program?

Our loyalty program is for all our reoccurring clients. Once you have 8 completed cleanings you gain access to our membership program and a free deep cleaning. As well as other exclusive benefits.

Is PMMS licensed and insured?

Yes we are licensed & insured. We have general liability and WC insurance.
